As a young female entrepreneur the topic discussed here is one I frequent and truly struggle with. I am the co-founder and COO of a company where I have hired 10 people, all men. I consider myself a passionate feminist, yet bringing this into business is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I believe the best person should absolutely get the job, but I also believe that the best person can absolutly be a woman. I’m hoping to write about this topic, and my struggle to wrap my head and hands around it in 2011. In the meantime, enjoy.
